It’s hard to deny how much I love all things goop. The sophisticated wellness content, and beautifully curated online store just get me and my southern California ways. So, when I heard that goop was partnering with CB2 to launch limited edition home furnishings, I was ecstatic! Each item feels like a piece out of the Royal Tenenbaum movie with a feminine twist. There’s whimsy in the  dinnerware collection patterns and luxe feminine fabrics, like the pink velvet sofa. It’s hard not to covet everything. I’m crushing hard on each piece. To announce the launch, the brand sent me their mediation pillow set…

When you think of natural, holistic, organic – Palm Beach – may not be what comes to mind. But tucked away amongst the fast cars, luxury resorts and bikini bodies is the Tammy Fender Palm Beach spa; one of the country’s premiere holistic spas.  There you’ll find natural, luxury remedies that incorporate Tammy’s organic skincare line, energetic modalities and crystals. The last and only time the hubs and I were in Arizona was when we got engaged and stayed at the Amangiri along the border of Utah and Arizona. Breathtakingly beautiful experience. And the service at the Aman resorts is without saying, top notch. We took a little day trip from the resort one afternoon and drove across the border into Arizona to see the Antelope Slot Canyon. Montreal, you’re a stone’s throw away from New York City (well, actually an hour long flight to be specific) which is why I always heard, while I lived in the city, of New Yorkers jaunting off to M-town for poutine, UFC, good beer and the crazy nightlife. While I have yet to go, and now it’s even harder that I’m all the way on the other side of the country and the temperate Los Angeles winters have made me a bonafide cold weather wimp, (I shiver at the thought of 50 degrees Fahrenheit), I still plan to make a trip one day! And when I do, these tips from Montreal native, Karine Lachapelle, and co-founder of green beauty commerce site, The Natural Curator, will come in handy. Read on for where to go to get the best facial, stop for oysters and wine, go jogging (if you’re into that sorta thing) and much more.
